NBS was founded in 2014 by Benjamin Nkana Bassi, barrister and solicitor affiliated with the Law Society of Manitoba in Canada, where its headquarters is located.

Throughout its experience, the firm has developed a valuable network of partners in Canada, USA and in Europe, namely in France, in the UK and in Italy. Moreover, NBS has a strong presence in Africa through its partners in Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Guinea, Niger, Chad, Cameroon, Zambia, Tanzania, Botswana, Somalia, Ethiopia,Mozambique, Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
